In conclusion, to rectify this problem, I need a half refund and please do double check for all facilities at the locl community hall. I am lookig forward to hearinh your prompt responce. sincerely, Waad
Instructional Strengths

The structure is fully finished and complete. The opening is very polite, and the final request for a 50% refund is stated clearly and directly.

Structural Weaknesses
  • Phrasing issues: “explain you an inconveniences situation” should be “explain an inconvenient situation”.
  • Incorrect words: “confusion by the guestd” should be “confusion among the guests”.
  • Typographical spelling issues: correspondece, throught, guestd, befor, locl, lookig, hearinh, responce.

Task 2: Survey Response Diagnostic & Response

Metric Split: CLB 6
From my perspective, I strongly believe that attending in a large industry conferences and networking events once a year are the beneficial choice for our staff member. The primary reason for this, is that approach assists our employee to recognize a new industry exhibitions. Morever, they will learn about advanced technology that can be helpful to our company. Consequently, they will spring up their skills. Another key factor to consider, is that transportation between differential industry conferences will enhance the well-being of the workers by traviling and being out of the work place. Furthermore, meeting different colleagues will help them to socialize and bring brilliant ideas and bourn out the workload. In conclusion, some people may argue that online certifications is the better way for employee improving, nevertheless, I see differently, worker can be flourish by paying for industry conferences.
Instructional Strengths

Great organizing skills. Transition words (“The primary reason”, “Another key factor”) link the thoughts together very smoothly. Including a counter-argument shows deep thinking.

Structural Weaknesses
  • Subject-verb agreement mismatches: “attending… are” (should be “is”) and “online certifications is” (should be “are”).
  • Word choices that miss the mark: “spring up their skills” (improve) and “bourn out the workload” (prevent burnout).
  • Typographical spelling issues: Morever, traviling, differential (different).

Englivio Strategic Action Roadmap

  1. Proofreading Polish: The student clearly has extra time left over on the clock (spending roughly 25-27 minutes out of the allowed time). Encourage them to spend the final **3 to 4 minutes** reading through specifically to catch spelling slip-ups (such as *locl*, *lookig*, *Morever*).
  2. Singular vs. Plural Balance: Practice pairing singular actions with singular verbs (e.g., *“attending events is…”*) and plural nouns with plural verbs (e.g., *“certifications are…”*).
  3. Natural Phrasing Habits: Work on natural phrase pairs instead of translating expressions literally (e.g., learning to use *“upgrade skills”* or *“sharpen skills”* instead of *“spring up”*).
