Attendance & Punctuality

  1. Join all classes on time to maintain consistency in learning.
  2. If you expect to be late or absent, inform your instructor in advance in your class group.
  3. Regular attendance is essential to achieve your learning goals within the course duration.

Participation & Focus

  1. Stay fully engaged and actively participate during your sessions.
  2. Respond to questions, take part in discussions, and make full use of your one on one class time.
  3. Avoid distractions during class so you can learn more effectively.

Learning Environment

  1. Attend class from a quiet and distraction free environment.
  2. Do not multitask during the lesson, including using your phone, chatting, or gaming.
  3. Keep your learning space properly arranged before class begins.

Technical Preparedness

  1. Make sure your device, microphone, and internet connection are working before class starts.
  2. Join through the assigned platform, whether Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, on time.
  3. Technical issues on the student’s end may result in loss of class time.

Respect & Communication

  1. Maintain polite and respectful behavior towards your instructor at all times.
  2. Follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly during your lessons.
  3. If something is unclear, ask questions so you can fully understand the lesson.

Professional Boundaries

  1. Respect your instructor’s privacy at all times.
  2. Do not request personal contact details such as phone number, email address, or social media.
  3. All communication must remain within official Englivio channels.

Assignments & Responsibility

  1. Submit all assignments, quizzes, and homework on time.
  2. Take responsibility for your progress and practice regularly outside class.
  3. Consistent effort beyond the classroom is essential for improvement.

Progress & Commitment

  1. Language learning requires consistency, patience, and discipline.
  2. Your progress depends on the effort you put in both inside and outside the classroom.
  3. Follow your learning plan and trust the process.

Conduct Violations

  1. Repeated absence without prior notice may lead to class suspension.
  2. Disruptive, careless, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  3. Englivio reserves the right to take necessary action if these guidelines are not followed.

Recording & Privacy

  1. Classes may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
  2. Recording, copying, or sharing class content without permission is strictly not allowed.
  3. Respect the privacy of your instructor, your class environment, and the learning platform.
