From my perspective, I strongly believe that the company needs to put more efforts to keep our team members feel satisfied. Build a fully staffed cafeteria that includes healthy launches and fresh beverages. puting a communication benches, ethier, for just a seating or taking a breakfast or any meals is the superior choice to our staff. The primary reason for this choice is that would helps to prevent workloads and burnout. It helps the staff to be more productively, when they are feeling that their menatl and physical health is the priority of the managment team. And they are really care for their convenience. Another key factor to consider is that cafereria offering subsidized assists the crew to communicate and socialized during the recess. They can resolve complex issues through seating on communal seating area. Morever, researches approved that good communication led to resolve any problem, consequently, it lead to less work problems. In conclusion, I firmly accept option A, and i support the manager team to keep gping with this option. Despite people argue that option B is better one.

Englivio Strategic Action Roadmap

  1. Pacing & Review Buffer: Train to ensure drafting finishes with a **2-minute cushion** on the system clock. This time should be used to scan for trailing lines or mechanical typos (*storngly*, *cafereria*).
  2. Grammatical Core Integrity: Review third-person singular agreements meticulously during structural proofing steps (e.g., matching *“communication leads”* instead of *“lead”*).
  3. Complex Clause Expansion: Elevate foundational sentence structures by shifting away from repetitive syntax formulas toward advanced compound-complex boundaries.
